Zak was amazing to work with. He did a clean and efficient job. My water heater is gas and the pilot flame would not light. Zak came out some day and fixed the issue in 5-10 minutes. He explained everything that was wrong and how to prevent this issue. In addition to that, my house is older and we have never checked the water pressure, Zak checked it out and turns out it was way bone the norm. We would not have caught this until issues started arising, but luckily Zak checked it out. Now we avoided future issues and got our water heater fixed. From now on I will only be using United Plumbing and Water Heaters, and especially Zak.

Mike came over to help us trouble shoot what we thought was a plumbing issue. He worked for 1+ hours to try and re create the issue, running many tests. In the end, he could not find anything wrong. He even consulted with other plumbers on his team. He didn't charge us a single penny for the call because he didn't find a leak. He fully tested the plumbing was in working order and he even sent us videos of our pipes to show us there was no leaks. He said a member of there team would come back ASAP if we saw any water leaking at this point. I am so surprised they didn't try to nickel and dime us for coming out. My husband ran out to tip him because he clearly took time with us and we were very happy and reassured. Update: We ended up using United Plumbing again to change a kitchen faucet and flush our drainage pipes. This time Zak was our technician and he was very polite and informative. He gave me advice on the remaining life of our garage disposal and hot water heater. He also found and fixed some connectors that were installed incorrectly and ready to fail. Every time he found an issue, he would discuss the estimate cost upfront (often at a lower price than I found for similar quotes online.) I was very pleased with the work he did.

We have gotten many projects (water heater emergency shutoff valve, toilet flange repair, main water shutoff, deformed angle valve stop replacement) completed with United and each time, their technicians were extremely knowledgeable, on-time, and communicative. They have the best prices in town yet this does not compromise the quality of their work. On Friday afternoon, we had a serious drainage backup that caused water to overflow. Our regular plumber was out of town, so I had to call around based on Yelp reviews. Thankfully, United Plumbing & Water Heaters was able to schedule us right away. The technician, Zak, came out to diagnose the issue and offered a clear solution at a reasonable price. He even scheduled us first thing Saturday morning to fix it. What really surprised and touched me was that Zak showed up despite having a foot injury from the night before. He explained that no other technicians were available and he wanted to keep his promise to take care of us. That level of professionalism truly meant a lot. After the job was done, Zak took the time to clearly explain what caused the issue, what he fixed, and how to prevent it in the future. You can really tell he is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Thank you so much, Zak. You’re the best! Lastly, I want to mention Grace, her customer service was outstanding. She handled my panic so calmly, quickly scheduled everything, and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. I was really impressed. Overall, I highly recommend United Plumbing & Water Heaters for their excellent customer service, professionalism, knowledgeable technicians, and fair pricing.

Had a great experience with United. They were very fast in response and the work was quite thorough. They did multiple inspections to find out the root issue for my water heater and never just jump to a solution.

Great company. Last minute emergency. They visited the site and had me an estimate in a few hours and it was fixed the next day. Service tech that came to the house was awesome! Will definitely be calling in the future.

I live in a house that started to only output lukewarm water at all times of the day. Instead of randomly guessing the issue, based on random articles on my own, I decided to reach out to plumbing services in my area. United HVAC and Plumbing were one of the first to reach out and with an offer of a free quote whereas several others charge. I had the pleasure of having Viktor B from United HVAC and Plumbing come help the same day. He was very knowledgeable, using his sense of touch and various ways to determine any and all issues with the water heating system. He immediately found the issue which was that cold water was being mixed into the hot circulating around the house and even taught me a bit of how everything worked very patiently. He blocked off the pipe to resolve the symptom of the issue for the night while he sent me a quote and scheduled for repairs the very next day. On president’s day no less! My family got to enjoy hot showers and warm water that night. Viktor B came back the next day with everything needed to replace the broken pump and gate that was supposed to prevent cold water from circulating. He fixed it in less than 3 hours which was amazing! He even ensured that the area in which he worked on was very clean! Almost all of the mess was because of my dad’s old clutter hoarded in the corner by the boiler but it came out very spotless. Highly recommend United HVAC and Plumbing. It was an amazing pleasure to have Viktor B over in order to provide repair services to our home!
